Show Crush: Ghost Ghost and Living Syndication at Copperfield's 4/10

If you aren't inclined to Rumble on Friday night, here's another option: My high school reunion Ghost Ghost and Living Syndication at Copperfield's. You see, each band has a member who I went to high school with (Ghost Ghost's Kevin Peckham and Living Syndication's Andy DeCicco), and from the sound of it, Plymouth Regional High School will be well represented (P-L-Y-M. O-U. T-H-B-O-B. C-A-T-S. Oh yes. Cause we are the best. ). Added bonus: As part of Ghost Ghost's set, artist Charlie Kemmerer, yet another PRHS alum, will be onstage making some arts. Charlie was the most talented artist in high school, and that was a whole [mumblemumble] years ago so one can only imagine he's a-MAZ-ing these days.

It's an interesting lineup considering the stylistic differences between the two bands (Ghost Ghost leans indie, while Living Syndication is more in the Godsmack vein), but it's all in good fun so why not? The bill is rounded out by three more bands: Through the Enemy, Craving Lucy and Promised Eden. Doors are at 8, it's 21+, and you can purchase tickets here.

Here's Ghost Ghost (sans heads) at Arlene's Grocery in New York a couple of weeks ago, with Charlie stage right making his arts.
