Check back each day for more interviews with our participants!

Travis has been playing drums and guitar in Boston since 2005 and is best known for his insane yet calculated drumming style with The Motion Sick. Some of his other musical projects to date are: Bikini Radio (guitar), Okay Thursday (drums), Cult of Point Break Society (guitar) and Naked On Roller Skates (guitar and drums). In addition, he has performed live with the likes of Aloud and The New Collisions.

BBC: What Boston rockers, past or present, would you most like to have a One Night Band with?
TR: I've always been a big fan of Letters to Cleo. I have a huge crush on Kay Hanley, and I love the "Go!" record!

BBC: What Boston rockers, past or present, would you most fear having a One Night Band with?
TR: Harris... I'd be afraid that Matt's head would finally fly off his shoulders and land on my drum kit. Of course, Matt's body would still be thrashing, this would pretty much freak me out.

BBC: What is your normal song or part writing process? Will writing three songs in a single day drastically differ from your usual approach to creating music?
TR: I guess it depends on if I'm playing drums or guitar. When I write guitar parts, I usually just plug away on an idea over and over until I'm nauseous. Drums, they come a little more naturally to me, so I just hear it in my head and lay it down. I think writing 3 songs in a day will be a challenge, especially with memorizing everything, but I'm psyched to get in there!

BBC: What Boston band do you have the biggest crush on right now?
TR: I have huge crushes on Aloud and The Lights Out! I think they're all GREAT writers and AMAZING performers!

Watch Travis nearly shake his own head off in the end section of this recent live performance video
