Blogger Crush: Justin_Emile

Hi there!

My name is Justin Emile, and I am a self-diagnosed web-surfing addict and music connoisseur. When Ashley gave me the opportunity to further indulge in both of these lifestyle decisions, I could not resist the honor. So here I am, Boston Band Crushes' newest Crusher.

I grew up in the Washington D.C. area where I first came to understand the amazingness of the music community. One of the most impactful events in my life was seeing Ted Leo and the Pharmacists and Q and Not U play a packed basement show in D.C. I wrote my college essay about it, and that's partly how I ended up in Boston at Northeastern University. I studied the music industry at NU, and worked as a college marketing representative with Sony BMG music while attending school.

Now I live in Brighton, and when I'm not working as a bartender, I am usually out catching or performing live music and/or dancing somewhere. I look forward to blogging about my interests publicly instead of burying them deep within myself as I have been doing for quite some time.
