Three reasons to go to this show:
1) The Beatings are in my top three Boston bands EVAR. I'm not sure who the other two are – I haven't done the maths – I just know The Beatings are in the top three regardless.

2) The New Dumb features Boston Band Crush contributor and generally awesome dude Neogonzo (you can call him Brian). Singer and guitarist Foster is also a generally awesome dude. I'm not sure if I've ever met third member Jay but you gotta figure that by default he must be a generally awesome dude.

3) The Future of the Left are coming all the way from Wales. Like where Tom Jones is from. Tom Jones! (The Beatles are from the town they're from too.) Also, they feature former members of McLusky.
