Oh hello. My name is Nate. You may know me from my rock and pop spectacle The Future Everybody, electrifying greater Boston since way back in 2009. No? Then perhaps it was my tour of duty co-fronting the synchronized-jumping, natty-suit-wearing, beloved former popsters Scamper. Really? Hmmm. Did you see me in my stint as whipping boy in the Brendan Boogie Band (pre- Best Intentions)? Was it the tender years I wasted on the Noise Board under the name diggity (among a dozen other personae, including — big reveal! — Apostrophe Defender)? My chest-hair-riffic 2006 centerfold spread in the print version of the aforementioned rock rag? Have you Google image searched "shrug" lately? Did you party in my kitchen or something?

Maybe you just have me mixed up with Chris Kattan.

Anyway, if you have been following me over the years, you know that I used to do a hot little column on the old Scamper website called The Scene, wherein I pushed foxy bands, dope tunes, and trendy trends. Turns out that's what's happening, on a grander and more rainbow-y scale, here at BBC. So it was kind of an obvious marriage, no?
